Please read these Planyway terms of use (“Terms of Use”) carefully: by using (“Site”) or Planyway browser extension (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, then do not use Planyway.

These Planyway Terms of Use explain the relationship between Rubius Group LLC (“Rubius Group”) and you when you access and use and its related domains and browser extensions.


Rubius Group reserves the right to change or revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting any changes or revised Terms of Use on this website, at any time and in its sole discretion.

Global Terms

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Rubius Group cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Unless you have the express written permission from Rubius Group, you may not distribute Planyway or any portion thereof to any third parties. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer Planyway for any purpose and at all times are bound by Planyway Terms of Use.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

  1. A valid credit card is required for Planyway non-free users. Free users are not required to provide a credit card number or use any payment service.
  2. If you cancel after your subscription renewal date, you will not receive a refund for any amounts that have been charged. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period, subject to applicable law, and you may use the Services until your cancellation is effective (unless your access is suspended or terminated as set forth below).
  3. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of the Service. Rubius Group does not accept any liability for such loss.

Cancellation and Termination

Because of situations beyond the control of Rubius Group, Rubius Group, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your Planyway account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Planyway Service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation of your account and cancellation of any existing subscription. Rubius Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Following a termination pursuant to the foregoing sentence, Rubius Group shall refund the pro rata portion of any Prices relating to the remaining term, as applicable.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. Rubius Group reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Prices of all Services are subject to change. Changes will be displayed on the Planyway website ( or the Service itself
  3. Rubius Group shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Rubius Group reserves the right to revise its Prices, including by increasing or adding new Prices, at any time on ten (10) days’ notice. Such notice may be sent to you by email to your most recently provided email address or posted on the Site or by any other manner chosen by Rubius Group in its commercially reasonable discretion. You will be deemed to have received any such notice that is posted on the Site on the day it was posted. Your use of the Services after the ten (10) day notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new or revised Prices.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. You are strictly prohibited from, and agree that you will not, adapt, edit, change, modify, transform, publish, republish, distribute, or redistribute Planyway or any elements, portions, or parts thereof, including without limitation, to any elements, portions, or parts of Planyway software (in any form or media) without Rubius Group prior written consent. You agree not to use any automated data collection methods, data mining, robots, scraping or any data gathering methods of any kind on Planyway different Services.
  2. The look and feel of the Service is copyright ©Rubius Group. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Rubius Group.
  3. If Rubius Group discovers that you have used its copyrighted or other protected intellectual property in contravention of the terms described above, Rubius Group may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and an injunction against you. You could also be ordered to pay legal fees and costs.

Interruption of service

Rubius Group may, from time to time, need to interrupt Planyway Site or the Service itself for maintenance and other operational reasons, as determined in its sole discretion, and you shall not receive any compensation or refund for such interruptions, and you hereby release and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rubius Group and its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, representatives, professional advisors, and contractors from and against any and all claims, costs (including without limitation attorneys’ fees), injuries, losses, or damages arising in connection with such interruptions.

General Conditions

You agree not to use Planyway to:

  • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, rule or regulation
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
  • attempt to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human perceivable form any of the software provided by Rubius Group or used by Rubius Group in providing the Service
  • attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated system or network, breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service
  • impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Rubius Group employee, contractor, volunteer, official, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a lawful, legal right to make available
  • make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party
  • make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, contestal or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are expressly designated for such purpose
  • nterfere or attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Service or Planyway Site or “crashing” the Service, the Rubius Group Site, or any other host or network
  • access content or data not intended for you, or log onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access
  • use a personal account for high volume or commercial use (e.g., revenue generation, advertising, etc.)


If there is any dispute about or involving Rubius Group or Service, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the Russian Federation laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to the exclusive Russian Federation personal jurisdiction. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party. The Service is controlled and operated by Rubius Group. These Terms of Use and any and all other online policies and agreements promulgated by Rubius Group, including without limitation Rubius Group’s User Agreement (for Entrants) and User Agreement (for Sponsors) constitute the entire agreement between Rubius Group and you with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, communications or agreements not specifically incorporated herein. The failure of Rubius Group to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the maximum extent permitted by law; however, any and all other provisions shall remain valid and be given full force and effect in a valid and enforceable manner to accomplish the purposes of these Terms of Use.

Rubius Group LLC. (“Rubius Group”) operates the website (“Site”) and Planyway browser extension (“Service”).

Your privacy is critically important to us. This privacy policy sets out how Rubius Group uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. By using our Service you agree that this Privacy Policy will apply.

Personal information collected

We collect information from you in various ways when you use our Site and Service. We may collect personal information you directly provide on our Site. In addition, we may collect personal information from you as a user of our Service.

Information we may collect includes:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Trello ID.

If you use Google Calendar synchronization we additionally collect Trello cards data, including Board ID, Card Name, Card ID, Card Due Date, Card Description and Card Labels.

We may supplement this information with information collected from other companies. When you visit our Site or use our Service some information may be automatically collected. For example, it is standard for your Web browser to automatically send information to every Web site you visit including ours. That information includes your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring Web site addresses. We may also collect information about your computer’s operating system and information about your usage and activity on our Site.


We may automatically collect certain information by the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive by a website.

Use of personal information we collect

We use your personal information to provide you with services, to operate and improve our Site and Service, to send you messages, and for other purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you on our Site or in connection with our services. For example, we may use the information we collect from you on our Site and Service:

  • to personalize and improve your experience on our Sites and with our Service
  • to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service
  • to deliver service messages and other services and content you request and to send information related to accounts and services, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages
  • to conduct an aggregated analysis of the performance of promotions

Personal information you provide may be linked or combined with other personal information we collect or obtain from third parties. We match your information, in part, to help understand your needs and provide you with better service. Planyway may store and process personal information in worldwide.

Third Party Payment Services

We rely on third parties to process credit card transactions and do not store your credit card details. Currently, we use the service of Market Limited. For more information on Paddle’s privacy practices, please refer to their Terms of Use

Data Disclosure

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Security of your personal information

Planyway takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. If you use a password on our Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.

Children under thirteen

Planyway is not directed to persons under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Choices about use of your information

You may “opt-out” of receiving promotional emails from Planyway by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests relating to promotional messages and your permission for sharing information with third parties for their marketing purposes by emailing us at

Opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, including messages about your current Planyway account and services.

Updating and accessing your personal information

You may review, update, correct, or delete the personally identifiable information in your Planyway account where it is inaccurate by contacting us. If you would like us to delete your Planyaway account in our system, please contact us at with a request that we delete your personally identifiable information from our database.

Changes to this policy

Planyway may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If there are material changes to this policy, we will notify you more directly.
