Can I upgrade only myself or do I have to upgrade my entire team?

You can upgrade yourself only or any number of your team members. Upgraded members will get access to paid features. All other board members will still be visible for you on Planyway and they will see all changes you make to cards on the Trello board or in the free Planyway account. But please keep in mind the restriction for the timeline grouped by members. The number of member lanes is limited by the number of paid users in your subscription.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee a refund for the unused time on the initial price in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days. Contact our support team and we’ll issue a refund for you.

How am I billed when I add new users to my subscription?

We automatically charge you at a prorated price based on the time left in your cycle for any users added to your subscription.

What happens when I cancel?

You are free to cancel anytime. Once you do it, your current plan will last until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I make one payment for all team members or we have to set it up separately?

You can purchase one subscription for the whole team and upgrade or downgrade the number of paid users in your subscription anytime.

Do I need a paid Trello subscription to get a Planyway subscription?

No, you don’t. All Planyway plans work with the free Trello subscription. Therefore, having a paid Trello subscription doesn’t provide you with the access to paid Planyway features.
