You can now save your Planyway setup as a Workspace and share it with your teammates. Instead of rebuilding the same view every time, keep your preferred configuration ready to use and switch between different planning setups whenever you need.
A Workspace remembers things like your selected view, filters, data sources, and display settings, so you can return to the same planning context without setting everything up again.
Use Workspaces to:
- Save different setups for different projects or planning needs
- Switch quickly between saved views and configurations
- Share a specific planning setup with your team
- Give teammates the same starting point when reviewing work
- Keep personal changes separate from the original shared Workspace
When you share a Workspace, your teammates get the same view configuration through a link. They can still adjust filters and views for themselves without changing the original Workspace.
