Workload Report: capacity vs scheduled work

Violetta's avatarVioletta · Jun 2, 2026

Planning work is one thing; knowing whether your team can actually fit it in is another. The new Workload Report makes that easier by putting scheduled work and available capacity side by side for any period you choose.

For every team and team member, the report shows:

  • Capacity — how much time they actually have available, based on working hours, vacations, and holidays.
  • Scheduled — how much work is already planned.
  • Scheduled % — what share of available capacity is already allocated (capacity vs scheduled).

The chart breaks the same picture down by week or month across the selected period, so you see how the load is spread over time instead of one flat total. Hover any bar to see the numbers behind it.

Below the chart, expand a team to see individual members, narrow the report by spaces or filters, or export it to share with the team.

This makes potential workload issues much easier to spot. If scheduled work is above capacity, someone may be overloaded. If it's below, there may be room to take on more. When the two match, your plan is balanced for that period.
