Planyway and CCPA

This document applies to Planyway for Jira Cloud. For other Planyway products, see Planyway and CCPA.

Throughout this notice, when we write “Planyway” or «we» or «us», we’re referring to Rsoftware LLP (“Rsoftware”). “Service” means the Planyway app for Jira Cloud.

This CCPA-specific notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to individuals residing in California.

We do not sell or share your Personal Information

Jira project and issue content and the app data are stored in Jira and in the Atlassian infrastructure; project and issue content is not collected by Planyway. The table below lists the categories of Personal Information (as defined by the CCPA) that Planyway collected in the preceding twelve months.

Sources and purposes

We collect Personal Information from you and from your use of the Service. We use it to operate, maintain and improve the Service, provide support, send service notifications and newsletters you subscribed to, and manage licenses.

Disclosure

We disclose Personal Information to service providers listed in Planyway and GDPR, as required by law, and in connection with a merger or asset transfer.

Your California Privacy Rights

Send a request to support@planyway.com with your full name, email address, Jira site address and what you would like to request. We will respond within the time required by the CCPA.
