Planyway and CCPA

This document applies to Planyway for Jira Data Center. For other Planyway products, see Planyway and CCPA.
Throughout this notice, when we write “Planyway” or «we» or «us», we’re referring to Rsoftware LLP (“Rsoftware”). “Service” means the Planyway app for Jira Data Center.
This CCPA-specific notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to individuals residing in California.
We do not sell or share your Personal Information
Jira project and issue content and the app data are stored on your organization’s servers and are not collected by Planyway. The categories below are collected only if your Jira system administrator enabled “Share usage and diagnostic data”, except the details you enter in the support chat.

Sources and purposes
We collect Personal Information from your use of the Service and from you. We use it to maintain and improve the Service and provide support.
Disclosure
We disclose Personal Information to service providers listed in Planyway and GDPR, as required by law, and in connection with a merger or asset transfer.
